Who We Are

BLCPS is the non-profit, First-ever collective management organisation licensed by the Govt. of Bangladesh dedicated to protecting, managing, and promoting the rights of lyricists, composers, and music publishers of Bangladesh.

Established to safeguard the creative and economic interests of music creators, BLCPS works to ensure that their member’s intellectual property is respected, fairly used, and properly remunerated.

BLCPS represents its members by licensing the public use of musical works, collecting royalties, and distributing them transparently and equitably. The Society also plays an active role in strengthening copyright awareness, improving metadata standards, and building cooperation with National and International other IP bodies to align Bangladesh’s music industry with global best practices.
